    I'm back. I'm late, coming back but I back. Today's weigh in 203.4

    I live in Barrow AK and we are now in our 24 hour darkness period. First 2 years was difficult w/lots of yawning. This year has been horrible. I'm going 4 days with just 8 hrs for all 4 days total. I listened to this and it did help. Even sleep meditation and 30 MG melatonin wasn't helping, but a new medication combined with this session has allowed me to finally start getting 6 to 8 hrs of sleep. Thank you.

    Holy cow, this works wonderfully. Anyone who knows me knows that food is my BFF. I started listening like two days ago, and I realize that I'm not eating as much out of boredom and that I'm eating less food in one sitting I'm going to keep listening and see what happens :))
    Edit: I weighed myself today, and I lost 5lbs πŸ•Ί

    Warning!!! I started these meditations and I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I am recovering from anorexia binge eating. I would go days with out food then smash $30 dollars of Taco Bell in once setting. I started these hoping it would help with the binge part. But unfortunately it made my anorexia worse. I notice that I just didn’t even have the urge to eat anymore. I would realize by about bed time that I hadn’t eaten all day. I would just ignore it and put meditations back on and the same cycle continues. I went 2 weeks with our feeling the urge to eat. So please if you struggle with an eating disorder consult a doctor about these practices!

    Ok I’m going to try this tonight as for the past month following a miscarriage I have been emotionally binge eating I have gained one stone. I am hoping to stop this habit and work out and eat healthily πŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜”

    The only problem i have is that how should i know if this is working. I mean that there are so many hypnotherapy videos for weight loss on youtube. What is the difference between this one or another? This one keeps telling to relax only just some words about weight loss. Other videos have repeated messages about weight loss. Idk im just confused on this.

    It's ok I guess, but I think I'm just not wired to relax with female voices. So far, I can only fall asleep to neutral male voices. I'm not dure if its the pitch or cadence, but I find this video to be s bit jarring for me.

    Have been listening to this every night for about 3-4 weeks and now chocolate and junk food taste absolutely horrible to me (which makes me sad). The first night I did wake to a startle at the sound of her voice at the end, but never had any nightmares or negative things. It takes repetition, but I truely believe it is working for me and I get a very deep sleep too so I’m winning either way 😊

    This is the greatest thing I've ever found. I've been feeling old and gross and out of touch with everything. I've been listening to this for about 4 weeks now, I crave nothing ever, I love vegetables and junk food tastes absolutley rancid to me. Im down 25lbs, im up every morning full of energy and so happy and I crave working out. Nothing has changed except this. I also used to never sleep well and now I sleep all the way through the night. Its absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

    It helps me! I eat less than normal and make better choices the next day. We had a graduation cookout today. While making my plate, I pulled out buns for my burger and got dog, then I immediately decoded not to use them. I didn't touch the potato salad and rice because I thought. about carbs out of nowhere AND I turned down a piece of the cake when everyone else was getting their slice.

    I love this…I just woke up..lol! Listening helped me successfully restart intermittent fasting (16:8) in two days with no hunger or snacking in between, and has stopped my quarantine cravings completely! I do have a question: When I wake up in the middle of the night, it is okay to restart the audio (so I end up listening twice at night)? I sleep about 7 hours.

    Hi Kim, I stopped smoking and all I wanted to do was eat.. Anything and everything and all the time. I didn't know how to stop, felt so desperate with the weight piling on. I have been listening to your session for about a week, within 2 days I stopped randomly eating, ate less and honestly stopped obsessing about putting food in my mouth. It's been a week now and with lockdown restrictions easing I want to start walking, please advise if you have a session for exercise and weight loss.
