    I’ve been doing the ab exercise for 10 days now. I always switch to your video and do together. I’ve yet to see results but I’m sure I shall eventually. Do I need to increase the time or 10 minutes is good? I do it every morning as soon as I wake up (after brushing my teeth 😬).

    Does this help with lower ab pooch. I’ve had three C- sections. And lower bell hangs. Or can you help me with some lower ab workout videos

    been working out 9 days straight now with Shellea, each day I do a 1/2 hour walk video, arms or abs… I feel amazing and I can't thank Shellea enough for all she is doing for me! for any one just starting like me, keep going you got this!

    So appreciative of these exercises. With hand/wrist/shoulder/knee arthritis, I am unable to do nearly all exercises due to them being on hands and knees. These are perfect to work the abs with no additional pain. Also – thank you for not talking through it – it is hard to focus on breathing when the instructor keeps talking:)

    Just completed 30 min workout and 10 min abs

    The 10 min ab exercise workout is my favourite, I know my abs are getting tighter and that eventually my stomach will go down, I do this exercise at least 3 times a week plus stretch ones and cardio. The scales are not going down much, but my husband told me I look thinner😊thank you for these great workouts. Merry Christmas and wishing you and your staff a Happy and Healthy New Year🎄❄️☃️

    Today I did one of your 30 minute , 10 mins arms and 10 mins and I feel great . Before I started I was being super lazy . Made me feel so much more energised. I love your workouts as they work well without leaving totally shattered

    🙋I just found this video. OMG this is ab gold!!!! Regardless of age just try it!!! I have done countless ab workouts since I was in my teens. This is an enjoyable ab workout. So fun. Challenging but relaxing as well.
