Hey my friend,how are you?i am having hairfall problem,i heard jogging helps in blood circulation in scalp,and also helps to decrease in hairfall,so I have started jogging from last 15 days daily for half an hour,and obviously it leads to sweat and also I have heard sweat causes hairfall, so my question is should I go and continue for jogging option or no?jogging is my only physical activity
