10 Minute Total Body Home Fat Loss Workout For Men Over 40
Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other for two straight rounds. Total Workout Time = 10 minutes

Just tried this and its insane… I am 44 and not done a workout for a while.. Adding this to my brisk walks/jogs….. What is calorie burned for this workout alone…. Def doing this alternate days
