    I'll try and update daily. I have pcod
    Day 1 : some yogasan which included to catch leg and all cldnt do it complty my weight is 76kg but I did all excrsc 25 times. Felt good after doing it. ( most of this are included in my excrs gym as well)

    Day 2 : I did at afternoon today. 25 times each. ( I had rice today. Regret, as I am not fruit deit)
    But feels good after yoga some were tough today also.

    Day 3 : I did today in the morning (25times ) I remember all steps so finished it few min earlier.
    Weight doesn't have any changes but after yoga I feel good. And I believe it takes time to work as I got pcod too.
    Day4 : i vomitted so no yoga no dieting feeling bad bout it.
    Day 5: done it in the morning (25rep)
    Day 6: done (25 rep) thing is from 2 days i have events so i am forced to have junk food. Even after that my weight isn't increasing nor decrease.
    Day7 : done. (25rep)

    Without sugar, salt, sweets, ghood, carbs, wats the use live 100 years without living a life, I believe eat everything enjoy the life but do hard work, exercise, yoga , human life comes only once enjoy every taste
