This 15-minute cardio workout is perfect for all levels of fitness, especially beginners. We give low impact variations for every move!
Tools needed: none
1, Wide squat, knee to elbow
2. Lo side shuffle squats
3. Skater to crossover lunge
2 x 40sec
4. 4 jumping jax + 2 squat jumps
5. 4 alt knee drives + 4 alt kicks
6. Push up + 2 plank jax
2 x 40sec

As well as a 15 minute cardio video . wow very impressive . please share a good weekly training schedule including cardio and strength as well as flexibility . we are roughly the same age and i get very overwhelmed and dont stick to a schedule of exercise . please share your input . Hi from Sydney Australia! I took the 21 day challenge and this was Day 4. Loving it so far! I’m 46 and have decided to devote 30 mins a day to exercise for the first time in my life!!! I found your channel and so I’m giving it a go. So far so good!! I have knee issues so had to swap a few things but still want to get through the 21 days……I also have my loving husband doing it with me (mostly) !
