    Thank you for a wonderful beginners workout yoga!! I didn't realize just how out of shape I have become!! This will be a great addition to my lifestyle! My core is weak and my flexibility is gone.

    Even though Iโ€™ve been doing yoga for 23 years I decided to check this one out and had a nice basic stretch which I embellished with some additional moves but will definitely show this one to my kids to introduce them to Yoga. You look so young and slim in this video Sarah Beth!๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜™

    Maybe because of low difficulty level (as a beginner) I loved it… It is the best one and first video in which I did all of them and am also sweating a bit..

    This is great but hard to tell if i was doing anything right, but i guess not cuz i hurt my wirst 14 mins in so!!

    I'm going to document my progress just like the many people in these comment sections! I will do this for about two weeks, and my current weight is 170 pounds.
    DAY 1: Today I already completed a different cardio workout, and I did this yoga routine to relax my muscles, so I guess I had a head start ๐Ÿ˜‚ I was able to complete the whole workout, and although I struggle with regulating my breathing your guide made it easier.

    Thank you for this. I discovered this video 3 yrs ago. The first time I did this I was at my heaviest weight and I could barely carry my own weight. I've moved on to other exercises after doing this for some time. But I've been sedentary for months now. So I decided to do yoga again and start from the beginnung. It feels nice breaking out into a sweat but at the same time feel relaxed after the exercise.

    Iโ€™ve been using these routines to slowly recover from a back injury and get in shape, but I want to add them to my daily fitness tracker. Does anyone know how to calculate the average calories burned on this routine?

    I don't get why this video got so many dislikes. It's December 2020 – and I LOVE it so much. Even more than some of the newest videos (sorry, not all of them only some). And this one is great

    It would be nice if you showed what this looks like when people are not flexible. Thereโ€™s no way I can get anywhere near the downward facing dog and forward bends shown here. I canโ€™t even touch my toes. So what should I look like? This is BEGINNGER yoga after all.

    Just did it and it was amazing! I love the way you tell us to remember certain areas of our bodies during a pose. It takes the strain of that muscle to another part of your body. Subscribed and will be doing more of these

    This was my first time doing the 15 minutes and I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it cuz I'm a plus-size person but it actually went by fairly quickly once I got through the first couple of poses so I was quite happy once I accomplished the 15 minutes!! Thank you for posting!
