thank you Sarah for this video, really helps me when coping with lockdown blues and I was hospitalised for months for non-covid illness this year and I couldn't sit down or do anything, but your videos make me able to exercise again, and now I feel healthier too!
Started off not able to complete this routine without collapsing with trembling knees and hands halfway….but after a few months of practice with your other simpler videos, I can finally complete this one with relative ease ! I will have to do this in a slower speed in the beginning. I keep losing my balance when Iβm moving quickly from lunge to twist to warrior to triangle. π

The loss of video was not fun for me. Iβm very new at this and it would be nice if this labeled intermediate or with some disclaimer. Completely lost my flow and mindset as most of this is new. Going to have to check every new video first before I start them from now on. π

Loved this work out, my only sugesstion is I wish your mat was darker so that I can keep track of your angles better. I have directional dyslexia and I get confused but I think a darker mat would help me better.

I haven't moved a lot in quarantine, so my muscles were a little tight when doing this but i can already feel the difference, awesome video βΊοΈ
