    Excelente entrenamiento para mantenerse en forma , tambien les recomiendo ver las excelentes aptitudes fΓ­sicas de Renkarter Bell quien tiene unas excelentes rutinas de entrenamiento cardio con pesas rusas para principiantes realmente son muy buenos

    I just got my kettlebell weights yesterday. I started with your 15 min workout. Then did this one 15 mins later. It was tougher but I enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you so much
