We are all about WEIGHT LOSS today with a fabulously moderate LOW IMPACT power walk workout that’s perfect for women over 50.

Why MODERATE work for weight loss?

Because during perimenopause, menopause and beyond, our bodies simply don’t recover the way they used to. And when your body can’t recover from the stress of exercise, it responds by storing fat!

But when we treat our bodies gently, and exercise with kindness and moderation, it’s just the exact right amount of work to help you lose weight.

Of course, you’ll also need to pair this workout with eating the right number of calories consistently to see your best weight loss success.

This lovely Thorough Thursday workout needs no equipment, requires no jumping, has no transitions to the ground and does not repeat any exercises, but it does include both a warm up and cool down.

    Absolutely awesome workout, no repeat, yahoo!! Honestly, I was going to skip the "power walk" because I thought boredom, well well, not bored, LOVED IT – as usual, great video, great moderate work with PLENTY of sweat. Thanks Pahla.

    Yeah!!!! Feeling pumped after this one. Moderation is key. I worked up just enough sweat to put that workout monkey in my head at bay. Now I feel like I can take on my saturday with energy. Cleaning, shopping, fixing household stuff seems like a small job now! Thanks Pahla!

    Thanks for a fun workout. I bought an exercise bike and did that for the past two days and missed moving everything. I added 3 lb hand weights to this because I haven't done any toning for two days. Thanks – I shared this one.

    Exactly! It has to be fun! At 50 I enjoy the sport activities I do and they are moderate and every time it’s something different – gymnastics, yoga, walking, swimming or whatever I’m up to. Everything is better than just sitting in your car or on the sofa for hours.

    Hi, Pahla. My wife (69) and I (75) are delighted to have found your friendly, encouraging, MODERATE workout videos. They're just what we need now that we're all under viral "house arrest," as it were, and shut off from our usual neighborhood walks. We especially liked this session, with the special contribution from Agatha at about 15:25. Our cat — also a pretty gray tabby — liked it too.

    Hellooooooooo darling💗 Well that was lovely💗 Thank you for my first cardio back to exercising! It was wonderful! Loved the format and the exercises! Alleyoops after 3mths off are challenging😆 And I cracked up at the I am talking to you my friend😂😂😂 Kelly of old totally would have kept on going. But this almost post eczema Kelly has FINALLY learned a thing or two about weight loss and Maintanance 😌 And this my dear, was a wonderful gift all unto itself💖

    You make exercise fun and easy it could be used by people of any age with phisycal limitations. But I'll respect your privacy and stay out of your channel since you advertise is for 50plus age women 🙂
