    Alisa Vitti has decoded the 4 phase women monthly cycle of women, Menstrual, follicular, Ovulation and Luteal. Is there a way you can tailored IF according to this approach so we can also work along with our hormones? Specially during Luteal phase I feel extra hungry and less energized to workout. So every week is not the same… can you do the challenge but on monthly basis according to women’s cycle… please! Thank you so much I love fasting but I am worried about hurting my hormones.

    I just started the first week. I was strict for first 3 days and lost 7lb(no exercise- I did not have the energy). I am on my fifth day but decided not to fast today and complete my fifth day of IF tomorrow. I don’t want to cheat today so I stuck to Keto diet, trying to eat more protein and fat, little to no carb. I wonder if this is the right way of following this schedule. I am little worried that my rest day will cause weight gain.

    Would taking a headache medicine with water brake the fasting? I woke up at 7 am with a bad headache and I had to take a pill and at that point I wasn't sure if I should just eat and start fasting after or stay fasting until 10 even if I took the pill?

    Im new to all this fasting, and trying to lose weight.
    For how long can you do the 18hr and alternate day fasting for ie, a week, month, forever etc.

    Lost 9 pounds last month following this!!! Thank you so much Thomas for putting this together! Feel so great but also so relieved!! Was having tons of trouble trying to lose weight and fast approaching 200 pounds and I’m just so grateful to find something I enjoy and is SUSTAINABLE! Gonna try longer fasts this month. Thank you thank you thank you!

    So I may have a silly question. On the non fasting days what time can we eat breakfast? What would be the schedule look like for that? I am brand new and I literally started yesterday and I really don't want to fail on my first week. Please help and thank you in advance. Also Am I eating 3x per day? I weight 175 goal 130.
