    I’m 17 and weigh 263 pounds. I’m really embarrassed and tired of being this way so I’m going to do this workout everyday for a few months

    I've been struggling with weight ever since I've been a kid, All the comments here and the way he talks throughout the video (when some workout videos only put on timer) inspired me to start this.
    only lasted ten minutes today but gonna push myself to do more tomorrow. insha'Allah.

    This is my 1st day working out again since covid started…I have tried just mild dancing here and there but not sticking with it, so I decided that a real workout is what is needed. I already eat well but strayed on that as well during covid. I suffer from severe depression yet I want to accomplish goals. I am going to school during this as well but both my job that I was forced to get after losing my transportation job where I was more active, I had to get a sit at home and do data entry job…so both online/school is me…SITTING! THE WORST TYPE OF SITUATION FOR US HUMANS!!! I am so pissed that this happened! I have gained back not only the 45 pounds I had lost about 2yrs ago but now I have added even more! I'VE HAD IT!!!! I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!! THANK YOU, I SUBSCRIBED…THANK YOU FOR THE POSITIVE WORDS AND PUSH AND ABLE TO TAKE A BREAK IF NECESSARY…YOUR ATTITUDE IS GREAT!

    So this comment is more for me than anyone else. I made it 10:43 in. In which I worked up quite a sweat more than i did on the eliptical. I'll be back often to keep going on this and keep improving

    This is the most health and body-respecting workout video I have ever seen. It means SO much. I have Crohn's Disease and about 12 years ago, I could not cross a room, let alone do anything like this. It is terrible to be severely underweight and weakened. To be able to get through this and be so strong now, with so much energy, is like a miracle. Steve is right: if you can march through this, if you have to pause it a lot of times, that's okay. Come back and do it again, and again, and again. Respect and love your bodies! Never take your health for granted. Hugs to all.
