    Since I discovered you, last year. I exercise every day and tell everyone that I meet about you. I'm enjoying exercising again, and the best part is that I'm not exhausted. Just sweaty, and good to go again the next day. Thank you very much

    Another great one! I really like welcome-to-my-homes: I feel like they warm up my upper body really well. You're right: the first move, High Elbow Openers, was maybe one of the hardest; and I loved it! Thank-you!

    Your positivity is amazing! 🥰 I often do workouts that during the Hiit portion I’m about to die ( BB Lift 4). I really don’t enjoy it at all, but so enjoy the lifting… After doing your workouts I ask myself, is such high intensity cardio really necessary? You seem to have really great balance in your workouts. During this one you even incorporate sneaky little standing abs! What a fun 30 min routine. Thanks Pahla!

    Just did this one. Ice storm today so staying home. Just perfect as I just came back from a few roller coaster weeks, funeral first and then vacation down Caraïbes. … Then came back sick… It was challenging but moderate and feels great.

    Love these cardio to strength workouts.  Not a fan of curtsy lunges but hey you can't please all the people all the time.  This was a good workout so thank you

    Pahla–You had me at BARRY MANILOW!  I absolutely love him and his music!  I've seen him perform live twice, and I hope to catch his show again before he quits touring.  Thanks for a great workout and especially for the Barry shout-out.  And you're right–"Daybreak" is now on a continuous loop in my head.  What a perfect ending to Thanksgiving 2019.  🙂
