    I absolutely adore your energy and humor and I have to tell you that I love it that you give us real messages along with your very effective exercises. And at the beginning, as I do a lot of Lumowell classes, you are (this is a compliment) so KOOKIE and FUN. Some may not want the garrulous exercise patter but it’s WONDERFUL, do not listen to anyone who says you talk too much. AND if one can’t talk while one exercises, one is probably doing way less for him/herself than he/she could. THANK YOU. I’m in France and I love my mornings with you. Merci.

    I agree with your point about naming activities. Power walk works for me. I keep coming back to the same ones. And now I am getting into the right intake groove. Down 8 lbs

    I've been doing your workouts almost every day for 4 months. I'm seeing a lot of benefits Iike increased strength – which I didn't really notice until my too-neglected bagpipe playing went better than anticipated

    I Pahla, I'm 63 years old, and discover you at the end of last year I really love your workouts, except the running ones (always hate running) At the beginning I didn't like you talking so much, then I got used to it and now I really enjoyed, it makes the time go faster and there is always good advice, keep up the good work, and by the way I really love your leggins

    I loved this! Ding Dongs, Reach Across, Butter Churns, Half Jacks, Disco Dancers, etc. all gave really great outer thigh work. And another amazing lesson, about the right amount of exercise, and the reality of 'diminishing returns'. You explain things really well, my brain goes, 'Oooh yeah!' Thank-you!

    I loved this workout. I like the no repeats of exercises, and I'm happy there are no exercise police because there were a few I didn't get just right! watching you from Mexico during this quarantine.

    That was SO FUN! I did modify. Used my pedals for walking. Seems to be better for my knees overall. And…I love the drinks birds being earlier! I was able to do two!

    30 sec walk/jog/run then 30 sec bodyweight exercise, then back to 30 sec walk/jog/run then back to 30 sec a different bodyweight exercise. LOVE, LOVE THIS FORMAT – THE TIME FLIES BY!!!! Thank you, Mrs. B!!
