    Loved the increase BPM on this workout, along with the various moves! I definitely got a rock solid burn and sweat!

    Excellent ! Haven’t worked out in over a week recovering from upper shoulder neck strain ! Still no weights for me but this was a great workout to gradually get back to it

    Love the fast power walks. Looking forward to the walk challenge. Do you have a list of 30 min walks 14 beats lots of steps. Simple and easy moves like this please. X

    I love your workouts & appreciate that when you say we'll go 2 miles that it measures that. Other walking videos I've done on here don't usually come anywhere close to what they say. Thanks!

    Dont have the vest or gloves (yet) but did this with my 1.5kg ankle weights and a pair of 1kg dumbbells… Loved it.. .Thanks Angie …

    1st time doing this wo. Got 4004 steps & 2.20 mi & used 2# wgts but not the last few minutes. Not bad for a 65 yr old. Thanks Angie ❤️this wo
