    I have a bowl of Cereal (special k) in the morning with milk 2% and I might have a second bowl for my last meal. Twice a day is this good or bad

    Interesting how Athlean X doesn't have any video title banning certain foods altogether. Jeff only ever recommends and advises as far as nutrition goes and promotes a healthy relationship with food which is why I am seriously disappointed with Athlean XX

    I would recomend to eat a pillow case of Hollowenn candy, every day. I asume you will lose weight, we'll after the Doctor tell you your a dieabatic. You'll drop weight faster then a super model. 😋

    You can eat an all bread diet but burn more calories than you take in and lose weight. Don’t fall for this fad stuff. Moderation is the key.

    Buy the big bags. Less waste. If you can't control yourself, don't buy it at all.
    No mention of faux sugars and sugar alcohols, but they are actually worse than sugar.

    to lose fat is not as simple as not eating stuff mentioned above because different people react differently towards sugar, how the body take cares what you eat. if you want to lose weight genetics plays a very important role on how the body excretes hormones that tells the brain to stop eating such as leptin, PYY and the gene db+ and ob+. just eat a healthy amount eat everything in balance your body works by keeping the right balance of everything

    Its all about moderation. Your not going to drink wine every day. But I will not avoid it. I will still loose weight if I drink wine. I just don't drink it everyday.

    Milk makes no one fat. I drink so much milk everyday, whole milk, at least 6 glasses a day and it has never made me gain pounds. My bones are strong, I have plenty of minerals : great levels of potassium, magnesium and calcium all thanks to milk which is my only source of animal protein.

    I'm on a weight loss journey I got alot to lose I'm a 6ft4 teen and at my heaviest I was around 330 now in only a little over a month I weigh 305 if anybody has tips for me it would be great my goal is to get to 220-230

    you don't necessarily need to cut surger and food all together, just eat heathy. you would be surprised how much you can eat and yet still loss wight.
