Great points Joe. I try to get 27-33g of fiber a day. I'm used to being a "regular" guy everyday, and the fiber intake helps that happen easier. I have real discomfiort if I go more than 48 hrs without taking care of myself.

I have two tips concerning fiber and cereal:
    1) psyllium husk, it work kinda like chia seeds but its fiber mostly!! i use it for cauliflower pizza crust (or as egg replacer in general) or even to substitute a bit of chia seeds when i want a bigger or thicker pudding.
    2) Dukan cereal, that shit (sorry) is the BOOOMB!! crunchy like granola but full of fiber, no sugar added (but sweetened) and the flavours are so good (caramel is my personal fave), they're low in calorie and full of fiber, the best! if you can get your hands on them, trust me they're good!
Anyway, amazing video as always, i'm not a bodybuilder but since my family is very body-conscious and i love sweets and eating, your tips (and recipes <3) help a lot!

Since I'm on a cut, I try to only eat two meals a day and coffee + preworkout makes it so much easier. I'm a night eater so I like to save my biggest and most calorific meal for at night, and leave myself a few extra hundred for snaking, cause, pretzels.

Structure and routine is the best way I have found to keep me on track, even though IIFYM is great for flexibility it is great to have certain go to foods that you know the macros for and takes the thought out of eating everyday.
The one tip I wish I was better at is the eating while distracted, I do this all the time, usually watching YouTube-
I also try not to eat in the kitchen, i make myself really comfortable somewhere in the house that isn't near where the food is kept and make it really inconvenient to get up for more, if that makes sense? it is really hard to get up for A second bowl of cereal when your cozy on the couch with your dog, and always brush my teeth after I eat, food tastes much less appealing when your mouth is minty fresh πŸ˜‰

a glass of water a day? thats totally not correct, it's a glass of water with every meal… you would die of dehydration if thats all you got unless said glass was about 1-2litres

Having clear pee is actually not good for you, I know it's crazy but I thought the same thing for so many years. Your actually overloading water it's not bad but your not really optimising your hydration, rule of thumb drink when thirsty, sum don't drink much so half gal should be plenty. You can stick to your gallon it's just advice.
