    Hi Angie πŸ˜ƒ This is a great workout. My FitBit counted 7293 steps. What an exhilarating and fun workout. Using a variety of equipment made it even more fun and the time went by super fast. It did not seem like it was over an hour. Love, love, loved it!!!! πŸ€—

    This one feels a little clunky to me but I still enjoy the variety. I got 4 miles and 9,000 steps. So idk, I modified a bit but it still worked out perfect for me.

    Loved this!!! I love πŸ’• the variety! The time flew by and I had a sweaty smile on the entire time. Any workout that has me pulling out all my workout toys are the best!! Started with also wearing a 8lb vest but it was just too much on the neck. Switched to 4lb and it was perfect! πŸ˜™ Thank you!!!!!!

    Hadn’t done this one for 5 months. Completed this morning again. Very good workout. 115 avg bpm, 145 bpm max, 408 calories, 6,665 steps. Fabulous. Thinking of buying a bosu again now!

    I clocked 7500 steps and 3.5 miles. I like you balance right to left. I am an instructor for 30 years myself and
    have been doing youtube workouts while I am home. So many of the workouts only lead to the right, which is
    a concern to me. Thanks for that and I will do more of your workouts.

    Love, love, love this one! Thank you for the. variety! It burned more calories, was more fun, and more effective than a plain old 4 mile walk. Our trackers don't always calculate all the different movements. Thanks for this walk, will be doing it often!

    This totaled 8000 steps for me !!!! Yay. But i wear my fitbit on my ankle which is propably the difference. Love this workout

    This was a fabulous workout but had to modify a bit as I only have the mat and weights. This is my 3rd Angie workout and I just joined the fb group. Greatful for support. I feel strong.7500 steps for me!

    I loved this workout! Can someone explain the difference in calculation from an Apple Watch and IPhone please? I calculated 3.1 miles and 8139 steps. Thanks for helping my confused πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ state!

    Loved it! I got 5542 steps and burned 474 calories! Love all the different things do every half mile. Keeps the workout interesting and it goes fast! Thank you, Angie! I will add this to my favorites!!
