    Bahut nice exercises btai aapne mam, meri age 30 h or mera wait 84kg h .. mera wait bahut koshish ke baad me 4 kg jam ker pai hu is se niche nhi jata diet bhi karti hu exercise bhi ….baat ye h ki mere 3 bar abortion hua h bs iske baad mera wait badta chala gya .. pehle mera wait 65 kg tha me kya karu me bahut tention me rehti hu apne wait ko leke please help mam
