-Lemon, cucumber, mint water: 1 gallon of water, 2 sliced lemons, 1 sliced small-medium cucumber, 12 mint leaves. Let soak overnight then drink over the next 2-3 days
-Ginger tea: 2 inch thick piece of ginger root peeled and sliced, 2 cups of water. Boil ginger in water for 10 minutes and drink warm.
-Salt water flush: Dissolve two teaspoons of non-iodized sea salt (such as Pink Himalayan sea salt) four cups of warm water.
Add lemon juice to improve the taste, if desired.
Drink the mixture as quickly as possible on an empty stomach. You should have the strong urge to have a bowel movement within 30 minutes.
