Maan. I haven't even considered menstrual cycle. I was planning on asking you about that, but you should def get that checked. Bitter sweet. It's due to an imbalance in carbs and fats. Women go through 2 different hormonal phase every month

Haven't you mentioned that your contest prep for your first show was kind of extreme? I would imagine based on that and the time that this stuff manifested that your endocrine system was in some way damaged as a result, and never quite recovered.

I'm sure you're relieved to have consistent hours now! When I work as bank staff in a hospital over the holidays my work hours are all over the place, night shifts really mess your body clock up. That's a sweet tee from Kelsea! You're noticeably leaner this week too. Arm/back/leg separations are coming in nicely.
I know 3 bikini competitors who have not had their periods for 4+ months, and once they raised their fats, lowered their carbs, they were much better and became regular! Fats are directly in tone with your homornes, and you fats are way to low for your BW,
Under 5% bf means no monthly bill for a girl. Girls can't produce testosterone so they gotta roid. A girl is not considered overweight at way higher body fat than a man.
