👉 Apple Cider Vinegar For My Weight Loss – Dieting For Mature Women & Life Update 2021

I share how I am using Apple Cider Vinegar For My Weight Loss. Dieting over 60 is not hard..but getting good results is. I am using 2 teaspoons every morning of vinegar in 8 ounces of my Iced Peach Tea. You can add the Apple Cider Vinegar to any drink as long as it’s diluted in at least 7 ounces of liquid. I have lost a little over 5 pounds in a month without altering my diet or exercise, however, my appetite has been cut in half. ( I repeated what I learned from Dr. Berg’s video. However, I have found no medical study that supports his findings….if you know of one, please let me know. I will do more research as to PH balances and why I am losing weight with this method) I also give you a life update and please know I was very overwhelmed by it all when I filmed this. I take you along with me and my family as we went on a great adventure at a Wild Animal Park in Michigan. My Grandson was rocking it and having so much fun!!! Thank you for being here… and Desi and I send our love to you always…xxxo Susan & The Dez

And may I just add…your love and kindness to me these past few weeks mean more then I can ever say. I hope your weekend is a good one 🙂 xxoo

Susan, what a heartbreaking story. I am picturing him, all alone, in that room. If you hadn’t taken the time to look for him…..wellll…..no one would have known and no one would have been there to give him love on the way home. Everyone deserves that….and I believe love never dies once it is given to someone. We may move on, but we never stop loving someone, even if its no longer a good place to be and we have to leave. I know this year of loss has been difficult, but i also believe there will be three loving angels, and a special white dog looking out for you forever more. Continue on being a source of love and kindness . No regrets. Just left with ❤️. Hugs, judy

I really enjoyed this video. I also have been lucky to never have had a weight problem but in the last few yrs my waist has changed a little so looking forward to trying the Apple cider vinegar. How wonderful for you to have found your ex husband and to have an opportunity to spend time with him and remember the good times you shared together.

You’re an angel. He’s lucky to have you and it sounds like you need him too. My ex is my best friend in the world and I couldn’t live without him in my life even though our marriage didn’t work. I think it’s a beautiful thing when you can stay close and be there for each other. I also took care of my mom before she passed and it was really hard. I’m so sorry to hear he’s sick. My prayers are with you.

My Mother always served a dish of various pickled things at dinner. Sweet and sour pickles, chow chow etc. Perhaps we should all start doing this again for the acidity.

You are a very special lady! You definitely clarified something for me as my Mom has Alzheimers and is in an assisted living for dementia and it is a balance between being there for her and as you said, keeping your own sanity…. Thankyou and thank you for your channel!

I think the thing about aging that we just aren't prepared for is the loss. We just didn't know that life would take us to a place where we had to let go of so much that makes us, well, us. We try to go on and be positive while saying goodbye to so much. I'm sorry if I'm being too negative but this is the one thing I haven't been able to come to terms with and the thing that resonates so much with your channel. I think it's beautiful that you share these things and give us the opportunity to share in something that is so hard to face alone. And many of us face it alone or feel that we can't talk about it because people want you to always be positive. Bless you pretty lady. I love your rawness and honesty and you are truly a beautiful person. I also love seeing your life in Michigan. I live completely opposite to you on the very southern coast of Mississippi so seeing bits and pieces of Michigan life is nice.

Are you still using this apple cider vinegar? Your peach tea,..is it hot or cold? You are more apt to keep the weight off if you lose it slowly.

I feel your mother's pain…. You hear the cruel things that people say about overweight people. You feel terrible and think negative things about yourself. I am now one of those overweight, menopausal people. Your videos are inspiration to me to get back on track and get my confidence back. Thank you.. I am glad you found Bill and confident you will make the rest of his life worth living. Hugs to you.

Thank you so much. Thank you for being able to talk about your ex husbands without anger and without rancor. I still love my ex husband. I left him after 30 years of relationship, 25 years of marriage and 4 kids. I love him, I just don’t love him the way he deserved to be loved. I love him like I love my brother. I just got to a point where it was impossible (and unfair) of me to stay. So 15 years later, he is happily remarried to someone who is absolutely thrilled to be with him. Nobody understands this. Almost the only model of divorce we have in our society is unhappy, if not genuinely combative. Our children cannot accept “what I did” to him. They are all still angry. It doesn’t come up often, but it comes up often enough. So I am grateful to you for publicly acknowledging that you can love your ex-husband without being angry, mad, sad, or resentful. Love is all there is.

Thank you for sharing this Susan . I am being a caretaker of my mother who most of the time doesn't know I am her daughter. My stepdad takes care of her, and then I drive the eight hours to where she lives and spend a month at a time, and come back home to re group and go to the dr for myself. Then go back and start all over again. My stepdad and I are doing everything we can to keep, her at home. She can't walk, so she can only transfer from a wheelchair to bed or her recliner. It is so difficult but I have to take care of her as long as it's possible. She is my mother and I still know who she is, even though she doesn't always remember who I am….much love and hang in there…we both can do it with the help of God….xoxo

I think God orchestrates us meeting people again and again in our lives. Yes I am sure you are bringing a smile to Bill but I think in the end it will do more for you (Closure). My Dad did not want anything to do with any of his kids after our mom died in 2003. But God in His mercy sent me to pick him up in Florida’s and bring him to our home to live with us. I cared for him for 6 years until he passed away in March. He had dementia and other health issues. Sure my Dad was so grateful that I forgave him for shutting me out of his life and for taking care of his every need. But, I was the one that was blessed as I learned so much about life, love, forgiveness, endurance, patience and giving of myself. I would not change these past 6 years for anything as it was a hidden treasure of blessings. My life will never be the same. God bless you for being there for Bill when clearly he hurt you in the past. You wanted us to know because it is the right thing to do for you. I commend you. Hugs!!! ❤️🙏🏻
