Okay, I ain’t gonna lie. This workout kicked my butt… or more specifically my biceps and triceps.

I decided to mix things up and this whole workout is done ladder style. If you’re not sure what that is, perfect. Ignorance is bliss when it comes to this.

And… if you do know what that means, then you know what the treat of a workout that you are about to begin.

Tools: a pair of moderate dumbbells and a chair
1. Tricep dips
2. Bicep curls
3. Tricep extensions
4. Palms down curls
5. 1 arm side push up
6. Other side
7. Hammer curls
8. Tricep push ups
9. Forward leaning curls
10. Skullcrushers
11. 1 arm concentration curls (this one killed my biceps!)
12. Other arm

    Hi PJ, it's me Tamara, with the back issues and osteoporosis. Instead of the folding forward here, I did those exercises standing up straight. What do you think? Or what would you do as alternative in this video? Some of the DL exercises couldn't sub out with bridge poses because of position (not on the floor at that point).

    I've had a broken arm on one and sprained wrist on the other 2:years ago, can I still do this?

    The dips were thing thing they hurt my shoulder. Had to have surgery. Beware.

    usually I have no problem doing your workouts but the 8th round of the concentration curls with 10 lb weights killed me! great ar workout

    A good workout for COVID times. Only have 10 lb dumbbells but they did the trick! Great format.

    Nice, brutal "little" work out. You will feel your arms after this workout, that is a guarantee. Nevertheless, it will certainly tone and build those arm muscles! A good one when you are up for a challenge.

    I just found your channel and I love the workouts! I am turning 50 this year and the dr. was like layoff the bootcamp workouts they are hurting your joints etc. Your workouts are super challenging with out all the burpees, handstands and 1 million pushups! I love your honesty and sense of humor! Gets me through the workout:)
