    This was not at all specific to plus sized women. ย This is just a good routine for anyone starting out who wants to lose weight. ย Plus sized women (and men!) face other challenges. ย You have to keep in mind that carrying extra weight adds extra pressure on your joints and other sensitive areas. ย I can't do a ton of Zumba because all the jumps kill my feet and ankles, for example. Something that addresses these kinds of issues would be more helpful.

    Omg did she say oversized women? Lmbo I've never heard that term used in relation to a woman before. As "plus sized/fat" woman I'm not offended but a little shocked at the use of the word oversized because it seems a little rude she should have just used the word fat.

    I like her… like she seems very motivating. ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe next time have a plus size woman there and agree with you. (Make it seem legit. :p) ย Also, Zumba is fun at my gym, but sometimes I don't feel like staying the whole hour.ย
