If you’re looking for a gentle yoga sequence for the morning, then this is a great online yoga class to begin with.     I absolutely loved this video! Thank you so much for thinking of the more "mature" crowd. I am a 63 year old cancer survivor and I have been practicing yoga on and off for many years, but I have been practicing daily for the last seven. It is sometimes difficult to find guided yoga sequences for us seniors and I am so grateful that I found this today. I also love Kundalini yoga and I'd like to see more of that for seniors.     Yoga I never try..But I was scrolling down Facebook..and seen it and I was boried and I seen video and for a beginner that time is great..because if you're really not into yoga and you're giving it a try you don't want a video that's super long โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿค .. and believe it or not I'm 35 years old and I love yoga now thank you so much I will be doing yoga everyday ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒน.I have a couple groups on Facebook just for women so I'm going to share it on my group I will pass it on…

    Just done this for the first time Brett and loved it thank you so much. I was looking for a standing poses practice that I could do in the garden without having to lie down as we are on a big slope…this worked a treat and it was a bonus that itโ€™s for over 40โ€™s…Iโ€™m 41 but struggle with osteopenia in my lower back. Iโ€™m determined to enjoy this time of my life and this practice will help! Thanks again x
