    New to your channel. Coming at you from North Carolina. Just finished day 4 of 21. Just starting my fitness journey at 50. Great workouts. They really challenge me. And every time I raised my shoulders during that March or forgot to engage my abs you called me out of it! 😊

    Hey, wanted to quit after every round but kept at it. This is day four of your plan for me and I am burning!!
    I'm from England and only get to workout late in the evening when my 2 year old has a nap

    I have been looking for workouts for my age ( 46) and this is the BEST!
    You are so down to earth and funny, I just love it !
    I'll definitely keep doing your workouts..
