    Thank you for the information, hence I am on low carb diet for the first 4months I lost 10kg. Now for the last 12months no matter what I do cannot lose any more weight.
    To reach goal weight I need to still lose another 20kg, please assist.

    πŸ™„ If I could just finally stop πŸ₯€ I could lose my belly fat. I have stopped & restarted SO MANY times. I have tried diet & sparkling water. My food intake is pretty healthy. Soda is my addiction

    Low carb and especially fasting has been the game changer for me. I'm 56 years old and had been 150lbs. for so long. Now I'm 135lbs. It took a few months…fasting was the biggie. ❀

    I am taking a tablespoon of coconut oil every day and it is reducing my belly fat. I also do time restricted eating also where I stop eating at 6pm and then eat breakfast at 10 am which is when I take the coconut oil. The time restricted eating has made me feel healthier and did remove what little excess fat I had on the rest of my body but it did not remove the belly fat so I started taking the coconut oil and it is honestly melting away the fat on my belly. It may seem hard to believe but truly it works. Coconut oil also helps me with anxiety, as well as improving hair, skin and nails.

    I gained weight during menopause and from 2 major surgery and a divorce. It discourages me and I am not good at being consistent but I do struggle eating right but am still trying. I haven't given up. It is sad for me that I was very slim the first 45 years of my life. I am now 71 .. I have gained 50 pounds since I was 30 years old..a slow gain then bang menopause. πŸ˜’

    I specialize in working with women over 50. Most of them lose 20-50 lbs in 3-6 months without worrying about the glycemic index or cutting out carbs. As long as they keep thinking it's all about the specific foods they eat and not the TOTAL calories consumed they will continue to struggle =(

    I fasted and ate healthy fats and actually much less than normal and not one once came off. Before menopause I would have lost 20 pounds. So the fasting think is pointless.
