    I love weight training. I'm 54, UK based, and started 2 years ago with a PT after not doing much exercise for 5 years. The best changes for me were when I changed my diet to a whole plant based diet (vegan) in January this year. I'm loving the food and the energy. Have you ever considered trying it? I followed a nutrition plan from a male bodybuilder and nutritionist to make sure I was eating enough calories which can be difficult as my plates are now enormous. And of course was concerned around protein. I really didn't need to. I'm really impressed with your changes and about to watch your video on how you became a bikini competitor. Although I've been training at home in the lockdown, I've lost a bit of confidence, specially on leg days – ouch! – and need some motivation to train that little bit harder πŸ™‚

    Hi Melissa I love your videos. You have truly inspired me to work to achieve my fitness goals. I definitely have some weight to lose so I want to weight train for fat loss. I would prefer to weight train every other day. Do you have a "total body" workout for fat loss?
