Do this 30-minute workout for women a few times a week to boost your metabolism and help you lose more weight. For this simple metabolic resistance workout, all you need is a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and six feet of floor space. Metabolic resistance training combines strength training and cardio for women. This is the most effective at home weight loss workout for women and can be done by women of any fitness level.
Workout Plan For Women’s Weight Loss:
(2:07) Swing
(3:28) Squat
(4:23) Deadlift
(5:28) Over Head Shoulder Press
(6:08) Row
**Pro Tip 1: Do 10-15 reps for each exercise
**Pro Tip 2: Complete this circuit 3-5 times, resting 1-2 minutes between

I've been doing the full body work out for women over 50 this month and looking for something to switch it up in October. Are kettle bells and/or swings okay for someone with lower back pain? It's more sciatica but constant. Wondering if that will make it worse or if you suggest something else?

U cant lose weight and gain muscle in same time. One needs calorie difficiency other needs calorie surplus. Berter loose weight first w cardio and protein based diet then make muscle. Protein based diet prevents muscle loss.

What weight to start of with please? Also I've just started doing your over 50 weight training for women also but need to lose weight. Shall I do this workout twice a week and the other over 50 one once a week? I don't particularly like any other cardio apart from walking and skipping. Please respond!!
