Don’t get me wrong, through. This workout will challenge if you are using HEAVY ENOUGH dumbbells.

Hi PJ, I love this work out! Especially final series of move. I used 3 KG dumbbells. It really killed me. I was clever enough not to use 4KG. It must be too heavy for me now. I was sick last 2 days and I was not able to do any workout. This is a welcome workout for me to come back fitness journey. Thanks for the great workout as always, PJ! Started this workout with 15s…then 12s… 8s…and did the last set of presses with 3s…but didn't give up!! And now I can't stand up! Great workout PJ! Hope George's bum gets better.
Hello PJ, I did my first ever HIIT class with you; the one I got in an email from you. While cardio is my least favorite exercise, I do know occasionally it is necessary for good balance. I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would and it wasn't hard. usually those classes are so fast paced it leaves me exhausted & my head spinning so thank for ths. But it's back to the weights tomorrow! I find I can do 2 classes of yours, whereas some of the others I can barely finish one. I was in denial for a long time, but one does need to change up their workout as they get older. Thank you for the enlightenment!

Super workout, thank you. My black lab, Charlie, sends his best to George and says stay away from those pesky bees. When Charlie was only 1 year old he chased and ate a bee which stung inside his mouth and throat. Poor boy was at the vets overnight on steroids and antihistamines. His whole head puffed up. π
