⁣Tools: I tell ya in the first 45 seconds

1. Push up with shoulder tap (or wall push-ups)
2. High knees shuffle (jump or no jump)
3 x 30sec

3. L leg bridge
4. L leg single leg deadlift with jump (optional)
3 x 30sec

5. R leg bridge
6. R leg single leg deadlift with jump (optional)
3 x 30sec

7. Plank with taps (or v sit if planks are hard on the shoulders)
8. Jump up & over (or step)
3 x 30sec

9. Squat hold & touch heels
10. Skaters (with or without jump)
3 x 30sec

    Definitely got my heart rate up, but do you realize you missed the third set of second exercise in first grouping?!? We just paused the video and did it ourselves! Aren't you proud ; )

    Second time doing this one and it was just as fun and challenging as the first time! Do you know how hard it is to do a plank when you're laughing? Bonus core work there! Thanks for the giggles along with a great workout!

    More TP workouts, please! This was fun and challenging. And the media thinks the TP shortage is because of the pandemic…it’s because all of PJ’s followers are doing this workout! 😂 I’m going to stash two rolls away just in case you decide to do more TP workouts.

    so glad to find you! i'm 54 and workout regularly but finding that most workouts are geared toward 20-30 year olds which not working for me so much these days…yet a lot of "over 50" workouts not nearly enough. this was great and i look forward to exploring more!

    That was an awesome workout! Here's a TP joke that I recently heard: Why was the toilet paper stuck on the road? Because he was stuck in a crack. Might be TMI but thought you'd laugh. Loving your workouts from San Francisco! Stay safe.

    I just found you last week and am 54 and needed to get moving because all I have been doing like many others is eating to much and laying around to much do to the isolation. Thanks PJ. I don't know any tp jokes but loved the creativity!
