    It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when other normal people do it easily with Zippy Fat Loss (go google it).

    yes I made them all on the same day and then scheduled them. The last of them will post tomorrow then it will be back to a bit of a normal routine. Glad you enjoy them!!!
