    am usually a very strong swimmer, I swim because I was born with a brittle bone condition, I use braces on my feet and legs, I have severe arthritis in my knee, and have had a hip replacement. Since the virus closed my gym I have not been able to swim for months. I realized the other day how weak all over I have become. This workout is perfect for me, as well as your seated card 10 minute workout. I do both, so I get a 20 minute workout. So great!!

    Great workout, nice and varied! I have a leg injury, waiting for surgery, so in order to get any cardio I have to use core and upper body. This fitted the bill perfectly, thank you. (And I like the chat, by the way 😊)

    Just needed permission to give myself start moving again when you've been dissed a lot you start to grind to a halt and hide. This is now a part of my wake up routine

    Normally people speaking does bug me. I don't know why, but it does. You speaking doesn't bug me at all. I find your voice and help comforting. Once again, I don't know why, but, my theory is that you aren't patronizing and are calming and helpful. I must admit that I miss music. I think I need music to work out to. I need a beat. I need music to keep me engaged and happy that I'm working out. With that said, I really think I benefitted from this, so, thank you! Thank you so very much.

    I use to teach water aerobics but had to quit once I started having severe neuropathy pain. Arm workouts were one of my favorites. Now that i'm on bed rest, I found this to be very helpful and uplifting. Man on man do my arms feel it! It's been a long time.

    This is perfect for somebody like me who has a leg disability and can only do low impact workouts. I tried doing a standing one but because of my leg it HURT SO BAD. Im hoping this will be what I need.

    Hi Lucy, thank you for the excersise, really helped me, especially trying to get my cholesterol low. I cannot do the crunch as I cannot lift both legs up as I had poliomyelitis when I was 9 days old. I do eat healthy and I truly enjoyed the chair excersise . Thank you for your time teaching us the exercise

    Thanks for this Lucy. I am a diabetic and have Multiple Sclerosis. I can no longer do traditional workouts but the chair workout has been a wonderful alternative. I don't feel helpless anymore and now feel like I can be in control of my health. Thanks for adding this to my journey. πŸ’ž

    Currently doing seated workouts as I’m in a below knee cast post ankle fracture and surgery. Really felt like this pushed me hard, just what I need.

    So go look glad I found this vedio. I do not have time to go to the gym. I work 2 full time jobs plus in school full-time. Steady gaining weight. Saw this vedio now I'm working out at both jobs on my break

    Dear Lucy ,
    Love this work out. I enjoy the way you inspire and keep us focused.
    I am a Rhemetoid patient and within a few months may have to go thru knee replacement as my knees have got degenerated. However my doctor has asked me to strengthen my knee muscles. I request you to help me strengthen my hamstring. I can lie down and do my exercises and also can sit on a chair and exercise. To stand on my feet without support of a cruch is difficult. Please make a video for my problem. Please. πŸ™
