When we try to set out on our weight-loss journey, many of us tend to fail. Sometimes it is the diet that goes wrong, sometimes we lose our determination, sometimes we get lethargic to workout, sometimes we get an injury! Why does this happen and what are the things that we can do to avoid failing? What are the common mistakes that we make? I’m sharing a few very important tips based on my own experience.
