When we try to set out on our weight-loss journey, many of us tend to fail. Sometimes it is the diet that goes wrong, sometimes we lose our determination, sometimes we get lethargic to workout, sometimes we get an injury! Why does this happen and what are the things that we can do to avoid failing? What are the common mistakes that we make? I’m sharing a few very important tips based on my own experience.     I have delivered my baby in Jan 2020 started excercise n a balanced diet after 2 n half months bt still not able to shed my weight…can u plz help me ? What can i do?

    And also u need to have lot of money so that you can appoint good house help n leave your new baby n home n food cooking for jim and post relaxation after workout is also guilt free.
