It’s not always easy to incorporate exercise into your day. One of my favourite ways to increase fitness is to dance! Dancing is essentially just movement, and if you are obese or suffer from chronic pain or mobility issues, dancing can be a low impact way to exercise. You can be goofy, you can be dorky – it doesn’t matter! As long as you’re getting your heart rate up, breaking a little sweat and having fun, you’re making progress. Join me as I dance to some tunes!
I totally agree! Years ago, think 25 or so, I often danced for exercise and weightloss. Way more fun than most exercise options. You go girl. Love those moves!π
