This diet chart is a very generic chart that anyone can follow , for a personalised diet chart you can get in touch with me on instagram at yogasini , but that will come with the cost.
Rule & Regulations
1. Every day you need to walk as per the recommendation
2. Eat as per the diet chart / how much ever you can
3. You can have one cheat meal in a week
4. every challenge needs to be repeated the next day
5. day 7, 14, 21, 28 are holidays

Recently got to know about you and I am extremely excited with the workout routine
Starting from today only π I am regular with my rope jumping 500 everyday but don't get much time for workout, but you motivated me alot and now m gonna hit the ground running. Thank you so much β€οΈ
Amazing 1 & 2 day I mostest out of breath. But seriously enjoyed doing your workout πππ
Mam do you really think that a fat person would be able to do such hard exercise in his/her day 1 ..they will get demotivated ….from their very first day…phle din to kuchh light exercise karwani chaiye..many videos in YouTube has same problem ..i think that first.. a fat person should do light cardio exercises and then after a month or 2…a fat person may be able to do these kind of exercises…i am also overweight (fat)..that's why am i saying this..i am going to start from today..light cardio exercise 21 Nov. 2020 11:22 am..i will update my results soon.
