This FIT OVER 40 WORKOUT PROGRAM is a comprehensive 30 day workout program that will LITERALLY change your body head to toe.Perfect for beginners all the way to intermediate individuals. I show you how to keep it very basic and how to RAMP UP your workout at the same time. βYou will focus on cardiovascular/muscular endurance, strength training, mobility-flexibility along with balance and coordination.βTry new cardio formats ranging from kickboxing, step aerobic, power walking, low impact interval training and low impact routines. Strength train using light-heavy weights or the barbell. We focus on mobility and flexibility in this program as well.βEach workout ranges from 30-40 minutes, but while the time commitment is minimal, the results you’ll see are anything but: You’ll notice you can do more reps within each time frame, which means your fitness level is increasing. Just did this workout for the first time – it is now one of my favorites. 30 minutes works best for me now and this covered all the muscles with new and varied moves. Great cardio workout too!
I tell you why this was so freaking awesome! I pictured my 'across the street bully neighbour' I now could beat the crap out of his ugly face!! Oh this fellt so good, lol!
Perfect extra workout today. Did a hiit rebounder workout earlier. This boxing routine felt good. Love the arm sculpt with weighted gloves. Thanks Angie. Love rebounding of course.
