This FIT OVER 40 WORKOUT PROGRAM is a comprehensive 30 day workout program that will LITERALLY change your body head to toe.Perfect for beginners all the way to intermediate individuals. I show you how to keep it very basic and how to RAMP UP your workout at the same time. βYou will focus on cardiovascular/muscular endurance, strength training, mobility-flexibility along with balance and coordination.βTry new cardio formats ranging from kickboxing, step aerobic, power walking, low impact interval training and low impact routines. Strength train using light-heavy weights or the barbell. Thanx 4 this step excercise! This time I got the choreography but got a little lost sometimes in the rythm especially when i added a rise though i loved the challenge!!

I really liked this nice basic step aerobics. It was a sweat fest for me. I amped it up and wore my 4# vest. The second time around I did hammer curls and bicep curls with my 3# weights for about 3 minutes each
GR8 exercise regime. I love the 30 minutes and low impact. At 60 the hour long is not manageable. Thanks angie. B blessed.
This was nice . I did put my own flare into it though because it was too basic for me .

Not my fav but mainly because step has never been my forte. I am directionally challenged and find it hard to keep up. I kept on moving doing my own thing of either just side steps, or the repeater side steps. Got a good workout nonetheless. Looking forward to Day 9

Yay a new step workout! Canβt wait to do this on Saturday. I was doing a step video this afternoon and was midway into the workout and couldnβt follow what the heck the instructor was doing. So I stopped and went back to one of your videos. Got a great workout
