Let’s get to work on some strong ABS today, with a terrifically sweaty bodyweight abs METCON. What’s a MetCon? That’s short for Metabolic Conditioning, which is a fancy way of saying this is a total body workout with both cardio and strength and very little rest. πŸ˜…

We’re targeting the abdominals and obliques from every angle and at every speed, which is great for building core strength and re-shaping your midsection.

    R4 done! I feel this all over today. My legs even feel a little shaky!! Loved this workout and am now starting to focus on form (holding in my abs among other things lol!! See you tomorrow for day 19 Pahla!!!!

    R3D18 done! Like I said before I think I’m enjoying these workouts more each time I go through them. Find I’m able to focus more too especially since I’m really becoming more used to the exercises. See you tomorrow fir Day 19.     I enjoyed the balance strength with cardio. I finally got the star balance on the left, without touching for balance!

    Well just completed your Body Shaping Series so picking back up where I left off Day 18 2nd time through. Love the shorter workouts too. I’ve finally reached the point where I don’t want to workout hours on end so sometimes the shorter the better for me lol. As long as I’m doing my best and getting a good workout done I’m happy with myself. Oh and by the way my abs are burning!!

    Day 18 2nd time thru. These workouts are awesome Pshla and have definitely gotten used to shorter ones. I can remember working out 2-3 hours years ago and now at 81 don’t want to do that anymore. Looking forward to starting your new series tomorrow as i don’t see it yet and am done for today Sunday August 30, 2020 3:10 am EST

    today I did nr 17 and 18. I was superbe! an I swaet in a nice way. And I noticed that my balance has become much better now. Thank you so much Pahla!

    8 months in and I have used up 15 pounds of stored up energy to move this wonderful body through time, space and a global pandemic. I don't recommend doing this AFTER a meal.

    Whooo! Another sweaty one that I feel all over! I have been going to bed achy from the workouts but miraculously wake up feeling good! I am feeling stronger too! I see my kicks getting higher and my balance getting better. love, Love, LOVE these videos!

    Day 17 and loved it yet again. Thanks Pahla. I really had to concentrate with the Charlestons!! Loved the combination of movement and balance. Really enjoyable! Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! Have a great day. PS Nice to see Agatha having a good snooze whilst we worked out! xxx

    That was awesome! I hung in there even though it was my first time doing a met-con with you! and Ive lost weight, but not sure how much because I only bought the scale yesterday, all I know is it was enough to be satisfying! Im eating smarter too because I know exercise alone is not enough, plus eating right is just good sense. Im here for the whole 31 days and Ill be repeating over and over again! Thank you, Pahla

    Day 18 and…..hoorah!!! There is SUCH an improvement in my balance and I ever feel an issue I've had in my right foot for years seems to be improving. I still think you're the Master Trickster though..and today's Round 3 proved me right πŸ™‚

    I enjoyed the medcon workout. I always thought you had to do high impact to get a good cardio workout. My heart rate was up and I felt my abs. I appreciate discovering this new way of exercising. I look forward to Day 19.
