    Today I controlled the finisher. In January my arms were like jelly. In December my arms are strong! It does help to see each time I've done this!

    So appreciate the heart rate reminders. Every time you commented that you were slowing the pace a bit, it served as a good reminder to me to think about my breath/heart rate. I needed to slow down every time, too, Thanks, Pahla <3

    I have been doing this for the past two weeks. I LOVE it! I am not totally a β€œbeginner” but I have been sedentary long enough and have slowly eased back into working out. I turned 50 this year and I find this truly the perfect workout. I look forward to doing it every day!

    wow, Pahla you seem to know exactly what my body needs every day! Love this series how the days go from one to the other. I woke up sore, my angel wings in the back were sore and other areas too. I thought today might be a recovery day, but no, light weights and a lot of moving! It was exactly what my sore muscles needed! I feel so good now πŸ˜€

    Somehow I missed this day the first 2 rounds of my WLC. Now I know why. WHOO! That was tough. My arms feel like lead but I feel strong in my heart. Thank you Pahla!

    Did this one today. I only used weight through half of it. My left shoulder and upper back have been bothering me. The work I do is very strenuous and active too. I lift 20 to 50 lb boxes and move them around. I did a lot of that the other day then the past two days used weights with the upper body and today my shoulder and back just gave out. It's truly a great workout though. Perhaps the next round I can make it all the way through with the weights.

    Did without weights as I only have heavier ones , will do a weight routine to make up for it .Thanks again , time flies by with these sessions ,

    Oooh, I feel good. But for those curl-kicks, I did the curl with both arms instead of one. Don't worry. At the cool down, I don't do the arm circles but just swing my arms.

    Pahla I absolutely loved this workout. All are great but I really like the walking with weights workouts. Can't believe how fast this went. Very fun workout.

    Yep, I pushed two days ago and did two workouts because I 'got behind'. Yesterday I could not do anything πŸ™„ So today's was a challenge but I learned my lesson! Moderation! Just do ONE workout!

    I was a little worried about the finisher today, but it was wonderful. THis is a wonderful workout! In January my arms were like jelly. Today – no jelly to be felt.
