Fast moving (but still low impact and moderate intensity!) cardio with light dumbbells is a great way to tone up, boost your metabolism and shape your body. Grab your lightest dumbbells (or not!), enjoy your own just-right pace, and let’s GO!

SET UP:
The interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete each set as a β€œstepstool” with walking instead of rest; complete each stepstool twice before moving on.

    R4 done! Merry Christmas to you Pahla and all my fellow Killer B’s!! Loved this workout as I do most of the rest of them. May today be a day of truly remembering the reason we celebrate Christmas. Jesus is the reason for the season.

    November and I had to drop my weights. Probably because I've already done my day and my arms are tired! It got done, and I chose to walk through the finisher today.

    R3D25 done. On the finisher there was no way I could keep my foot off the floor so was tapping down all the time. Oh well I did it and didn’t get upset with myself which is a big accomplishment! Thanks again Pahla!

    I've been thoroughly enjoying your workouts and love your exercise style. Up to day 25 of weight loss for women challenge. That was a great one! On another note, are you able to share your lipstick color. It's a great color!

    This was a great workout Pahla!! Enjoying going thru for the 2nd time. Still learning moderation but so much better at it now and all because of you!! Thanks again so much.

    Even with super moderation and super modifying I was unable to finish this today. BUt I enjoyed hearing Pahla's voice and listening to my body say "Enough already!"

    I think this is only the second time I've done this because the second time I went through the 31 day I was traveling so no access to weights. The first time I did it I started with 2 pounds, but had to go down to 1 pound. This time I did 3 pounds the whole time. Whew it was hard. Those dancing X's are my new least favorite. Hahaha.     My shoulders felt this one πŸ˜… I still have 15kg to lose, but I want to start your indoor running program next. How many wo is that per week? I have a goal to run outside next spring 🀩

    I did yesterday number 24 and today 25. I used 2 kg weight. but not till the end. I feel very good. Have a better body feeling. thank you Pahla!

    Hoo boy, this was a challenging one! I had to put down my weights for the last exercise of the stepstool and the finisher because if I know anything by Day 25, I know moderation is key, and what's moderate for me is different than what's moderate for someone else!

    Whoowee! 2nd time around on the 31 day challenge. I’m 70 not 50 and I was an avid Yogi for several years til Sciatica and carpal tunnel slowed that down. But the weights today were a challenge, especially the overheads like in the push, push crunch. I started out with the 3 lbs then half way thru switched to my 2 lbs. My shoulders are feeling it and as I wipe off the sweat running down my face I feel fantastic. So glad to push thru these videos and if I’m not perfect, who cares? At least I was moving and grooving. Thank you Paula for your encouragement and enthusiasm. It is contagious !!!

    August is canning season and i did not have it in me to do the finisher. I also did it weightless – my 3 pound weights were causing pain from the get-go. hopefully September will be better!

    After day 25, I am feeling way better and don't wake up in the morning super stiff in the hips. Or for that matter, any time in sit too long. I feel better so I move more. Now if only I could move the scale. I'm probably still getting the eating sorted, though. And maybe the moderation. I really like the walking with weights. And having the same warm up and cool down really helps with habit formation. And there is SO much information that is so helpful. Thank you

    I liked this workout a lot. I needed to switch to smaller weights midway thru. Then that finisher. Couldn't, today, manage the balance! I had been feeling very confident and pleased with myself. Day 25, age 73. How good is that? I had never, except as a child, done exercise every day. I have only missed two days – then did the number I had skipped. I think that my body seems more toned altho my weight hasn't changed. During Covid I have looked forward to doing this each day.

    This is my 4th repeat of this workout – and it is still tough for me with 3 pound weights. But I modified and switched to my 2 pounds. I also did drinky birds for my finisher and enjoyed that much more. I'll be doing this again in July!
