    R3D29 done. Had trouble today trying not to get my heart rate too high lol! But think I did a pretty good job of it. Found myself concentrating more on my form today which is a good thing. Great workout and thanks Pahla!

    Hey Pahla, I just wanted to tell you, i am 27 and your workouts are perfect for me. I have a lot of body aches, back, knees, shoulders…and your workouts are not hard on my aches. I always get a great sweat, and if for some reason one video doesnt do it i add another video. I always leave feeling better. Thank you.

    Just finished day 29!! Love your workouts and practical advice. Slow on my weight loss train. Trying not to weigh so often. It sure was easier to put on 10lbs. than to lose it. I'm trying hard not to get discouraged!!!!!

    Whooooo…..incredible sweat Pahla! Boredom?? Hardly…I would never even think of using that word. I find your workouts inspiring…absolutely love them! I was feeling a little sad there was a few more days left but I am starting back all over again. Thank you for being my fitness staple!

    Almost the end and I don't know what to do next! I'm 67 and I survived this month (hardly swapped out any exercises, just a couple of 'bad knee' squats) so I suppose I'll do it again – and maybe add in some walking/running. I am enjoying these exercises even when I occasionally curse you Pahla! Thank you so much for what you are doing for the over 50's and 60's!

    Definitely a very tough one for me. When you said β€œthird round” I was not a happy camper. Lol! I made it but I did have to walk in place a few times during the third round.
