5 top tips
1. Calories in versus calories out – you need to be in a deficit.
2. Macro nutrients, Protein needs to be at least 1 gram for every pound in weight. You need carbs so don’t cut them our altogether, good fats, A good split is 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fats. I have linked a separate video on how to calculate your calories and macros.
3. Record everything you eat or eat off a meal plan
4. Meal prep ahead at least 3 days.
5. Choose a diet you can stick to in the long term. This is a lifestyle there are no quick-fix diets.
