    So what you do with other half cake..dont say u throw it away..better cut half and give to some needy or take other half to home and eat later..this some wrong info or wrong influance on people to just waste food to save health please explain it better next time.love n peace from my side chhavvii

You are an inspiration as a woman, mother and wife. I checked your videos and I want to lose my belly weight after giving birth. But I wanted to know if the exercises you mentioned is fine if someone has diastesis recti? Thank you

    Hi chhavi ,i am a school teacher .so u can understand that i am not involved in physical activity at all .most of my day is spend in sitting in chair and teaching the children.after i return home i give cochin classes . This has been my routine since past 3 yrs and now i have developed tyres on my belly .could u plz help me out to get rid of these tyres .they are creating great difficulties for me in bending down ward.

    Hi chavi…I really like your series and adore you as a mother n actor
    But there is one thing I Didn't like here is throwing some cake in dustbin just because ur craving for it is no more..
    Well its not money ..it's about the resource u r throwing into the dustbin..we all know how much we r going to eat…it's better to pack the extra cake or pastry and take home for kids or tell the shopkeeper not to give the full slice rather keep it half of it…they will use it.
    But just because money is not important than health…I think throwing something edible in the dustbin is also not right..
    You can make that slice two….have one and give the other to some needy or hungry…we all have money to spend…to buy anything but resources belongs to the society… everything we eat comes from a very long journey…. please it's a request don't advise these things to others too…
    Please don't make it stomach dustbin but also see how much food u r capable of have it…just buy that much and if not pass it to the others who r needy or bring it home.
    Also I think u need to change it prospective and approach. And especially if u address so many women outside…it becomes the responsibility to respect food and those who work hard to make them edible.
    I hope everyone will agree because I'm also a mother of two and I always try my kids to understand that food that we eat doesn't come from money but it comes because someone is working sooo hard out there.

    Nice video and informative too…..one thing I just want to add, what I usually do is , the leftover cake you can share with your family members if the want to eat otherwise ask the waiter to get them pack and you pick up and donate it to some needy people….

    Hello mam…actully aapke videos k baare muze mere ek frnd se samajha….aur ha aapne bilkul sahi kaha cravings k baare me actully ye style maine use kiya tha jab mai ghar se bahar rehati thi…uss waqt agar craving hoti thi to mai ya to citrus fruit kha leti thi ya dark chocolate aur isaka result muze bahot acchha mila tha…muze meetha bahot pasand hai to jab bhi maan karata hai kuch meetha khane ya to uper k 2 options ya fir agar ghar pe hui to gudh ka use kar k khati thi…aapke videos bahot acchhr hai…aur bbahot inspirational hai…sirf mummyo k liye nahi balki unmarried ladkiyo k liye bhi…thank u so much apana personal experiance share karane k liye…

    Chavi just wanted to say thanks for a great video. I generally donโ€™t make comments. But your diet tips are really good. A slim person like you can also go off track . I always used to think why canโ€™t I stick to my diet. But Your video made me realize itโ€™s quite normal to put on some weight but important thing is to get back on track. Thanks again. Take care
