1. Alternating lunges with 2 arm rows
2. 1 leg bridge with tricep press
3. Other side
4. Sumo squat – with pulses
5. 4 Russian twists + 4 double crunches
2 x 45sec

6. Row, twist, press
7. Sumo squat to deadlift
8. Other arm row, twist, press
9. Narrow presses to tricep presses
10. Single to double leg drops
2 x 45sec

    Great Saturday morning workout. Apparently I like this one one Saturday’s since I posted a similar comment a week ago! I can definitely tell that the stretch/mobility class is helping!

    This is the workout for my second week of the 21 day fitness challenge. So happy I came across this. I am an avid street roller skater and have always been active, but noticed as I have been getting older my body doesn’t bounce back like it used to. I still roller skate everywhere, but found that doing this strength training is giving me more muscle definition and I have more energy through the day. Even noticed that the waistband of my jeans is feeling less snug! Thank you so much for having this plan available for free especially during covid. Also the fires here in Southern California have had me indoors more than I’d like to be so having an indoor workout I could do is so helpful. I couldn’t afford to buy weights but found out that my skates weigh about 4 pounds per boot, so using my roller skates work well as light weights! 😆😆😆

    First, George was absolutely such a cute puppy in this video! I love how we get a full body workout in 20 minutes! The combination moves are really good. I especially liked the front lunges with the one arm row into a twisted arm lift! A really great effectve workout!

    So sweet to meet George! I'm wondering what you would suggest to replace the leg drops at the end of the workout… I've always had a weird 'click' on my left side when I do that kind of exercise so I usually refrain. You mentioned it engaged similar muscles to plank, so would you recommend holding a steady plank as an alternative to the leg drop?
