    I burned 161cals while being active but 190 in total. (I know I could burn more but it’s 1.30am and I’m kinda tired so yeah)

    I HATE cardio. I'm ok with going on walks outside, but my treadmill doesn't like me. I've always had breathing problems, but this workout is amazing! I weigh 160 lbs, and I really wanna start being healthier cause my body deserves it <3<3<3

    I was looking for a workout that wasn't too hard to maintain my balance doing. This one was great. Not too difficult, and like you said, just do 5 minutes a day and increase it as you can. Also, being 72 and overweight keeping up with your pace was too much for me, but they do have a speed adjustment on youtube videos so that helped a lot. I think I will keep coming back to this workout everyday until I master it. Thanks. Very inspirational.

    Updating my progress daily:
    Starting Weight: 155lbs Current weight: 154.2lbs

    Day 1: Sweat a bunch and barely made it

    Day 2: A bit easier but still sweat a bunch.

    Day 3: Tried it without breaks and it was a mistake I almost died, but it’s okay. I barely Made it

    Day 3 Weigh in: 155lbs

    Day 4: I skipped the first and second break but had to do the third but it was a little easier. Paired with eating better and doing 20-30 minutes on the treadmill a day, I’ve now lost 0.8lbs!

    Day 4 weigh in: 154.2lbs

    i didn’t feel like working out today, but i did this video and man my heart! glad i did it tho. tomorrow is another day. it’s like Koboko said even its 5 minutes it better than not having done them. it’s a much better way to think of it because it makes it doable for my brain. i did 30 min of her videos yesterday, and i couldn’t do the lunges but in this video i could actually do it! (shitty but i’m getting there). thank you Koboko! 🥺

    Was doing this workout once daily with a 1200 calory intake since two weeks. Lost 1,9 kg. Was 78 kg. Gotta keep this up to shed mah 25 kg of fat. I love this workout, its easy and its one i enjoy to do. Thanks Koboko

    Way too easy SO: after set one, I modified by jogging briskly on the spot during the 'preview'. Also did so during most of the breaks, and only rested for 15 secs. By the end, after the modifications, I had a light sweat. She really is motivational and I enjoyed the workout. Perfect for active rest-days.

    Girl I Just discovered you and I must Confess you are Amazing I enjoyed your workout yesterday and am even more excited to do it the more your Voice is also encouraging you need to see me laughing and Smiling all through the workout never felt that way for a very long time, One would have thought looking at your workout that is easy and you wont sweat but Girl I sweated a Lot yesterday continue the Amazing work you are doing cant wait to explore more of your Videos

    I have some questions. After doing this workout, what should I do? Like should I keep moving or go back to my daily routine? My daily routine is mainly sitting and doing homework. Should I get up every hour or so to move around before getting back to work?

    I just wanted to say Thank You, I began using your workout videos at the beginning of 2020 to help with weight loss and to be healthy in general. Your kind bubbly and kind encouragement is infectious and so far I have lost two stone I think that is 28lbs going from 18 stone to 16 stone I'm not sure how much that is in pounds and I know I have a ways to go but honestly I don't think I could have done it if I hadn't found your channel. As someone who is losing weight right now I find it hard to do floor exercises and this video just made it so easy to dive into a great routine without feeling bad because I can't get down on the floor just yet. Thank You for the brilliant videos and for being kind much love xxxx

    Thank you so so so much for this workout. I had foot/ankle surgery October 2018 and I still struggle with pain and swelling so I can rarely be active like I want to. I just did the workout and it was perfectly at my level so thank you so much I feel like weight loss is achievable for me now❤
