    I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

    I am 5’5 and weigh about 160 lbs, it is considered overweight. I never accepted this fact. I know I need to lose tons of weight and tried Weight Watchers and other programs. It didn’t work all that much for me. I recently tried Vanguard Formulas slim complex, it worked wonders for me. I will continue to do regular exercise to lose even more weight!

    Started this exercise last week weighing 251 pounds. Today weighing in at 243 pounds with plenty more to go. Prepping for my Lipo360/BBL Surgery in February 🥰🙌🏽💪🏽

    I’m going to do this because i wanna lose weight so badd😔

    Starting weight:165.4lbs(2 weeks ago i did it on my sister’s scale,me and my family Don’t have a scale we only have measuring tape also my sis doesn’t live with me)
    36 inches and 93 centimeters
    Imma do this for month

    Day 1:I got tired really fast but the workout was overall great!

    Day 2:Was very tiring,but i’m getting through it!

    Day 3:I forgot-

    Day 4:Did day 4 and then I did 200 jumping jacks!

    Update: I went from 165-162 It’s working! Very slowly!

    Day 5:Okay so I didn’t do day five or 6 and I have to do 7

    Day 6:didn’t do It
