As we get older, or starting in our 40’s and 50’s , and enter into perimenopause or Menopause, we need to change up our exercise for weight loss results. We can’t get away with what we used to in our 20’s and 30’s. Exercise to support weight loss, adding in weight training if you haven’t already, and ditch the crazy cardio sessions.
