    Whew! Did 2 full round (little weird doing 4 minutes of jump rope at the end of round one and then right away at the beginning of round 2). Used, 20 lbs for snatches, curls, and squat and press. Took 30 minutes for 2 full rounds.

    Do u suggest working out during exams? I’ve exams for 1 month. Its getting tough to balance. So i took a break from working out. Worrying about losing muscle. Will just diet work to retain muscle?

    I would recommend you do this workout in sets of 10 instead of 20 to prevent injury and because you maintain the best form as after the 13th it starts to go downhill.

    Today was one of my cardio days. Did this wo! Tough!! Completed it in just right under 20 minutes!! I used 15# dB for the snatches and did regular push-ups. But I did have to break it apart. The starting out with strict MTC & jump lunges was KILLER!!! Thank you for a great sweat sesh!!!

    Apartment friendly workouts please ! I live on the 3rd floor, and I can't always make it to they gym, especially in winter. The town has shut down TWICE in the past week. ):

    Hi melissa! Instead of counting 20 reps, can i just use a timer instead? And how many seconds or minutes will you recommend? Counting is mentally intoxicating, hence, since i started HIIT, I also learned the benefit of an App timer. Thanks alot and i love all your workouts..😀 love from PHL!😙😙😙

    Это жесть! Сделала уже 2 раза, сегодня с таймером. 20 минут получилось. Использовала две гантели по 5 кг и гирю 10 кг. Но я делала не по 20 повторений, а 2 круга по 10 повторений. Спасибо!
