    Got a rebounder for myself for Christmas as I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have already done this video a few times & wow, this really works your whole body! Would love a few more rebounder workouts from you to mix it up a bit. I also rotate between some of your morning stretch videos.❤️

    I Am so thrilled to have found this video as I bought a trampoline a few months back and haven’t even attempted to bounce on it yet…to the point where I was thinking of advertising it for sale; but now I’m going to do some bouncing with the help of this video tomorrow (it’s almost 10pm where I am right now).

    I bought a trampoline a few months ago, but not even attempted to use it; now having watched this video I will give it a go tomorrow as it’s almost 10pm right now. My worry is my co-ordination and bad ankle, but I think gentle bouncing will be ok…thank you so much for posting this video and inspiring me to try mine out too!

    I was so happy to discover that you do rebounding as well, Schellea! I jump on mine first thing in the morning to get my lymphatic system going and heart pumping, and whenever I need a boost. I notice you are using your sneakers. I always rebound barefoot and wonder if Ithere is science behind wearing shoes…? Happy bouncing! Best wishes, Cecilie

    Hi.you look amazing. Ok i bough a trampoline from walmart, not expensive, seems ok. But i saw a youtube saying that using a cheap rebouncing will damage our health. Is that true.
    Another question. I am overweight olmos like 8o pounds. How do i start the rebounding routine?

    I do not know if you can help me. I have vertigo, meaning my vision cause me to lose my balance. I have a rebounder, but I use it more for walking and running rather than jumping. I need to find a routine that I can follow without losing my balance. I do like to bounce on my rebounder, but within reason. My vertigo started in 1987 forcing me to walk downhill and downstairs backwards. I often feel like I am on a beach walking into the surf with the waves knocking me off my feet. Most people can understand this illustration. I hope you can help me build a routine over the next few weeks. Due to my balance issues I am housebound during the winter months that can last 6 months or more in Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada.

    I did this routine at a slow jog rather than jumping. Thank you, Sharon

    I just received my rebounder which I ordered from Amazon, and I'm looking forward to doing your workout Shellea. I had a go on the rebounder after doing my 7th day workout of the 14 day challenge, (which I'm loving BTW), and know I'm going to benefit from using it. I am 56 and used to enjoy doing a power run/walk, but I realize that the running part is not good on my joints, especially my left side where I have sciatic nerve issues. The rebounder is much better for me, and I don't feel any sciatic nerve discomfort after using it. So glad I saw your rebounder video – Thank you Shellea. X

    I like this. It’s not too high intensity for me and not so serious as others. I am 55 and have just started Rebounding having spent lockdown doing your Walking workouts,
    This is so much fun but would love a 10 minute and 15 Minute one with music please.

    Hi 😃 actually I am 30 years old from Egypt and I wanted to start this kind of exercise at Home due to covid-19 phase and I can’t go out or go to the gym since March …. i ordered the bouncer online and i got it today , started with ur video… THIS IS AMAZING , it is not easy as it looks for the first time but i got used to it and restarted the video again for another round 😃😃❤️❤️ Big thank u for this motivation 🌹

    Even though it's 'low' impact, it's really hard on my knees…😔 even mildly bouncing. (Knees are shot)
